About Me

 

I have been a licensed and certified massage therapist since 2008. I received my certificate in massage from The Cortiva Institute in Broomfield, CO.  I am certified in Reiki I, and also have a BS in Marine Biology and Zoology from Humboldt State University ( Now Cal Poly Humboldt.)

I enjoy hiking, the outdoors, the mysteries of life, and adore animals of all kinds.

My massage style incorporates everything that I learned in school.  I use what I know and design a massage just for you by listening to what you want and need.  I can do everything from a relaxing and soothing massage to a therapeutic deep tissue massage.  I also am trained in prenatal, hot stone, and foot reflexology massage.

I really feel that massage and touch in general is so needed in our society.  Many societies incorporate so much more touch into their lives than we do.  Massage is so powerful and it brings a deep relaxation that is healing on many levels.  No one should be without it.  If you don't receive a massage from me, please be sure to exchange massage with others.

In addition to having my own private practice, I spent 7 years working at the award winning St. Julien Hotel and Spa in Boulder, CO, and worked part time at Elements Massage in Louisville, CO for 2 years.  My favorite job was working at Anthem Ranch in Broomfield, CO at a 55+ community.  See links below.
